How do I order Zena products?

Simply click on the “products” you wish to order, select the “quantity” and click on “add to cart”.
When you finish selecting your products please select “checkout”, enter your details and shipping location and pay via the appropriate payment method.

Is it safe to use my credit card via the Zena website?

Yes, it is safe to use your credit card as our website is fully encrypted.

What are you charges for shipping and handling?

Standard express shipping rates from $15.

Does Zena ship internationally?

We can’t ship internationally please contact us directly. 

What if my products arrive broken?

Please email Zena Cosmetics directly within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item/s. Please provide us with the shipment and invoice details and pictures of the damaged item/s. A Zena Cosmetics team member will then contact you to replace or refund the item.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Once payment is processed we ship within 1-3 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). All orders are shipped using standard delivery + tracking. All orders will be sent via Australia Post and can take 2-12 business days to arrive. For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days (remote areas). Sometimes the parcel may not arrive on the exact date please allow 24-48 hours as 90% of late parcels are received within this time. Express postage is available at extra cost and it can take up to 1-3 business days to receive the item. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelt or auto filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at zenacosmeticsaustralia.com.au. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one BEFORE the item is shipped. No refunds will be given for incorrect delivery.

Is it possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent?

Yes, contact us ASAP and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products undamaged and unopened in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. All orders are shipped on the same day if ordered prior to midday or the next working day. All packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking available for all items.

NOTE:

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, incorrect packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
RETURNS We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your product, contact us prior to requesting a refund/return. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on a change of mind. Products must be returned in the unused packaging, within 30 days of delivery, for a refund. When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product minus freight. You must pay for the freight to return the goods and freight must be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you let us know your order name as well as your name and address.
It can take up to 10-14 business days for us to receive your return, so please be patient and you will be notified upon return delivery. A refund will be processed within 24-48 hours.


WRONG PRODUCT SENT If you ordered an item and it is not what you purchased please email us along with a picture and we will rectify the situation. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs if this happens.
